Homeowners who are making electronic payments and do not wish to receive paper statements for the HOA dues can have the paper statements from being mailed by emailing Michelle Atkinson and Tony Barbarotto.

Trash Pick Up

The City of Thousand Oaks has contracted with Athens services to provide recycling, organics and solid waste collection services.

For information regarding containers, pick up dates and bulk pick up Athens has two informative websites: toakstrash.org and AthensThousandOaks.com. At both sites if you enter your address it will show your pick up days and new container delivery dates. You will also find information regarding organics and recycling instructions. January 7&21, February 4&18, March 4&18, April 1&15, May 13, June 10, July 9, August 12, September 10, October 7&21, November 4&18, December 2&16. Please remove as many cars as possible from the street by 9:00 am on those days.
